Via Star Magazine: Holly Durst, 32, recently underwent a number of plastic surgery procedures to correct what she felt were facial flaws- and in an exclusive interview with Star Magazine she reveals the buxom beauty behind the cosmetic procedures she chose – her celebrity idol Megan Fox: “Megan Fox has always been an inspiration to me,” Holly told Star. The Transformers actress Megan Fox was rumored last year to have had some plastic surgery on her own on her nose, cheeks, and lips, and Holly adds: “I think Megan Fox is beautiful and I always went back to how photos have shown the little subtle changes she had done.”

When Bachelor vets Holly Durst (now Julian) & Vienna Girardi befriended castmate Erica Rose, 28, while filming Bachelor Pad 2, the ladies couldn’t help but admire their new pal’s profile. “Erica said, ‘Oh, I had my nose done! My dad (Houston Texas based celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose) will do yours!’
Fast-forward a couple of years, and now happily married to Bachelor Blake Julian; Bachelor Pad Winner Holly has come to visit Dr. Franklin Rose (known for his work on the original Bachelorette Trista Sutter, Bachelor winner Vienna Girardi, Bachelor contestant Ella Nolan, and others) for plastic surgery to re-do a “botched” breast augmentation performed by another doctor in anticipation of her upcoming Mrs. South Carolina beauty pageant.

For this reason, Dr. Franklin Rose is noted by many to be the “official plastic surgeon of The Bachelor” and the Bachelorette franchise (Dr. Rose and his daughter Erica Rose – Star on The Bachelor Rome & Bachelor Pad were interviewed extensively by Jennifer Weiner for her Allure article on the Bachelor franchise phenomenon in “Beauty and The Bachelor”) and the Roses have transformed their guest room at their home into “the Bachelor quarters” for visiting TV stars from out of town.
With her upcoming Mrs. South Carolina beauty pageant only weeks away, Holly came to Dr. Rose to have a rhinoplasty (nose job,) face contouring including submental liposuction to her cheeks and neck area along with cheek augmentation, and a reconstructive secondary revision breast augmentation to repair a previously performed “botched” breast aug (performed by another doctor.)
Just four weeks after the surgery, INSIDE EDITION checked in and met up with Holly at the Mrs. South Carolina Beauty Pageant, where she was awarded the crown!
Rumor has it, from an inside source close to the show (Dr. Rose’s famous Reality TV daughter, Erica Rose) that MORE current and past season contestants are flying into Houston to see Dr. Rose for surgery too.
